Abstract

Article 1 deals with theories in areas involving the promotion of implementation capacity in the modern workplace. The theories; behavior science and system theory, are selected on the basis of the informants' feedback in Article 2.The community is experiencing an increasing level of complexity that have consequences for work situations and the choices we make in those. The increasing complexity leads to the need for flexible behavior patterns but also increase mistakes. The question is; can modern workplaces exploit potential or committed mistakes to promote implementation capacity? Informants come with their working methods how they establish conditions for behaviour and culture that promotes implementation capacity through learning from potential or those who have committed mistakes.
